• If you have had facial work, you might consider bringing a floppy hat, sunglasses, and a scarf. This will protect your face from sunlight as well as make you feel more comfortable in public.
Will I be picked up?
Absolutely! We will coordinate your private transportation directly with your surgical center. Once you are discharged, we will be there to pick you up and chauffer you in a luxury vehicle to Love Shows Recovery Home.
Do I have to call to confirm?
If you have received a confirmation letter (by fax, email or mail), you do not need to confirm by phone; we are already preparing for your stay. However, we welcome all calls and questions.
Can my loved ones stay with me?
NO , we encourage family and/or close friends to spend time with you. We are able to book an extra room(s) next to yours with prior notice. A guest is also welcome to stay in your room; there will be a charge per guest in a patient’s room per night stayed.
Is food included with my stay?
Yes. Love Shows Recovery Home services include three meals a day and additional snacks between meals.
Are nursing staff available 24 hours a day?
Yes, during your post-op recovery with us, our professional staff will be onsite and will check on you throughout your stay. Once picked up, post operation, our nursing services begin.
What about last minute stays and extensions?
We are usually able to accommodate last minute patients. In order for us to best serve you and our other clients, please give us as much lead-time as possible so we can staff appropriately and secure accommodations.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY:
Any changes to your accommodation must be made 2 weeks prior to your arrival via email or phone call communication. (No text messages or social media contact for changes)
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE however you may use your deposits towards a future date good up to 1 year of your initial booking.
